In the Netherlands, the GP (huisarts) holds a central role when it comes to healthcare. If you have any questions regarding your physical or mental health, your GP is the first one to ask. She/he can also perform minor surgical procedures and carry out pediatric and gynecological examinations.

Our practice is currently open for new patients that live in postal code areas 1781, 1782, or in Huisduinen. Before formalising your registration, we will schedule an introductory appointment. This is to review your medical history, explain about our practice and for you to assess if this practice is right for you.

Delen medische gegevens

Toelichting: Indien u tijdens de avond, nacht of het weekend op de huisartsenpost behandeld wordt is het belangrijk dat de zorgverlener inzage heeft in een samenvatting van uw medisch dossier bij de huisarts. Denkt u bijvoorbeeld aan actueel medicatiegebruik en allergieën. Door inzage te geven krijgt u altijd de juiste zorg. Bekijk hier de video voor meer uitleg.

Vergeet u niet om overige medische gegevens met uw huisarts te bespreken, denk aan donorcodicil, griepprik, euthanasieverklaring, reanimatieverklaring of overgevoeligheid/allergisch voor bepaalde medicijnen.
